LIFECOMM STORE RETURN POLICY 
Your satisfaction is important to us at LifeCommStore.com. We stand behind our products. Unused items in new, original condition may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. We will be happy to replace the item or issue a full refund for the purchase price, excluding shipping charges. Used products cannot be accepted for return or exchange. If we have made a mistake with your order or the item is defective, shipping fees will be refunded. Otherwise return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

GIFT RETURN POLICY 
If you didn't actually make the purchase (say, you received a gift) and would like to return it, we'll issue you store credit toward your next visit with us. 

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN? 
Step 1 
Please email LifeCommStore.com at customerhelp@lifecommstore.com to request a Return of Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please indicate the following information in your email: 
Product name and quantity 
Reason for return 
Return for replacement, exchange or refund 

Step 2 
When you receive the RMA# please write the RMA# on the lower right hand corner of the packing slip and include it in your package. Include this original packing slip and a copy of the receipt. Please wrap the products and the package securely to prevent damage. 

Step 3 
LifeCommStore.com cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. For your protection, please use UPS or USPS Insured with a return receipt request. Please allow 15 business days from the time the item is received to process a refund. Send items to:

We will send you an e-mail when we receive the package, and you will either receive store credit in the amount of the value of item returned, or you will receive a credit on your credit card in the amount of dollars that you actually paid for the item, less shipping. If you're returning a gift, you'll only be able to receive store credit. Your credit will be issued as soon as possible after the day your package is received at our warehouse. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE OR REFUND? 
Once the package is picked up from your location, it could take UPS or USPS one to two weeks to return the item back to our warehouse. We will exchange or issue credit within 48 hours (business days) of receiving items with authorized RMA numbers. Please note that credit card refunds may not appear until the next billing cycle on your statement.

CHANGING OR CANCELING ORDERS 
At LifeCommStore.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Should you decide to change or cancel an order, please send us an email at customerhelp@lifecommstore.com. If your order has already been processed, then it may be too late to cancel the shipment. In this case, simply return the shipment by following the 3 easy steps listed above, and we'll refund the purchase price of the item. Unfortunately, the original shipping costs are not refundable.
